Role Purpose

The Social Media Lead is responsible for driving brand awareness, community engagement, and customer retention through organic as well as paid social media channels. This role plays a critical part in shaping the brand voice, strengthening trust on product offerings and crypto environments as well as supporting our clients’ commercial objectives when it comes to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

In addition, the role supports employer branding initiatives where required, helping position the company as an attractive, credible, and high‑performance employer within the iGaming and crypto space.

  • Own and execute the organic social media strategy aligned with brand and retention goals

  • Translate brand values, tone of voice and campaigns into engaging, platform-native content

  • Manage and grow online communities across key platforms (e.g. X, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Discord)

  • Support retention through social-led campaigns, promotions and content initiatives

  • Collaborate with CRM, Retention and Brand teams on launches, VIP initiatives and loyalty moments

  • Plan and manage the social content calendar (weekly and monthly)

  • Brief and collaborate with designers, copywriters, influencers and agencies

  • Execute campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and product launches

  • Ensure all content complies with regulatory and platform guidelines

  • Support employer branding through culture, team and career-focused content

  • Track, analyse and report on social media performance, optimising based on insights

  • Act as a feedback bridge between the community and internal teams

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing organic social media for a brand or company

  • Strong understanding of social platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Discord or similar)

  • Previous experience and proven track record building and engaging with online communities

  • Ability to translate brand values and tone of voice into compelling, platform-native content

  • Familiarity with crypto, ecommerce, fintech and / or similar is considered a plus

  • Experience strategizing, planning and managing social content calendars

  • Promoting collaboration with designers, copywriters, influencers and external agencies

  • Strong understanding of social media compliance and platform guidelines

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and optimising based on data

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Creative, proactive and highly organised approach to work
