We are looking for a Product Manager to support the development and optimization of one of our client’s digital platforms. This role focuses on executing the product roadmap, coordinating with third-party providers, managing game portfolios, and driving player engagement through promotions and gamification strategies, requiring the ideal candidate to have full understanding, experience and passion for Digital products.
Assist in implementing the product roadmap on behalf of the client
Coordinate third-party providers and platform integrations with technical teams.
Fully owning and managing the look, feel and functionality of the lobby of the digital platform to include offerings, banners, featured games, promotions, as well as operations, events coverage and localized features.
Collaborating with CRM and retention teams on implementing acquisition, retention and loyalty programs.
Monitoring key KPIs, outline and propose strategic initiatives that are relevant for the client’s products and assessing their impact.
Monitoring, suggesting and implementing UX related upgrades through testing and feedback, whilst having a continuous improvement mindset towards the customer journey.
Assist in content localization, translations, and seasonal promotions.
Ensure compliance with industry related regulatory requirements, including crypto features.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Operations, Tech, and Finance teams.
Experience in iGaming - casino, sportsbook, or online gaming platforms
Exposure to third-party provider integrations
Data-driven with experience using analytics or BI tools
Knowledge of player engagement, retention, and gamification strategies and processes
Strong organizational and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets is considered a plus.
