💡Role Purpose

The CRM Specialist is responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through targeted, timely, and compliant CRM communications. This role blends data analysis, campaign execution, and customer journey optimisation, with a strong focus on crypto-native behaviour analysis, adjustment and rapid experimentation, typical of a startup environment.

🎯 Key Value Elements

  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app, and on-site messaging

  • Deliver full customer lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement, and high-value customer engagement

  • Execute promotional and product campaigns aligned with commercial calendars, seasonal activity, and product launches

  • Build and maintain customer segments based on behaviour, value, lifecycle stage, and preferences

  • Personalise content, timing and offers to improve engagement, experience, and conversion rates

  • Support high-value customer journeys in collaboration with Customer Experience and Support teams

  • Monitor CRM performance KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, retention, churn, customer lifetime value)

  • Run A/B tests across messaging, creative, timing, and channels

  • Translate insights into clear optimisation actions and campaign recommendations

  • Manage CRM platforms and automated workflows (customer journeys, triggers, lifecycle automations)

  • Ensure data quality, tagging accuracy, and campaign QA standards

  • Partner closely with Data, Product, and Customer Support teams to continuously improve customer experience

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention (iGaming, fintech, or crypto preferred)

  • Strong understanding of player behaviour, promotions, and incentives

  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience analysing campaign performance

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Smartico Specifically considered an Asset)

  • Comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment

  • Bonus: familiarity with crypto wallets, on-chain behaviour, or Web3 audiences
